The Golden Mile, is one of the most luxurious residential areas in Marbella.
The Marbella Golden Mile began its journey in 1954, when Prince Alfonso de Hohenlohe started building the iconic Marbella Club Hotel. It was inaugurated in 1976. This became the pinnacle of Marbella’s elite at the time, with many celebrities and royalty spending their vacations here.
It stretches for slightly over a mile from Puerto Banus in the west to the edge of the centre of Marbella in the east.
